My house is 23 years old and there were some issues with the circuit breaker box due to its age and because we removed our spa. There was also a problem with one of my GFCIs. It kept tripping off. Lloyd Ferguson from Ignite Electric took care of these problems with skill, knowledge, and efficiency. The circuit breaker box needed panel restoration of 33 - 42. He put in a whole house surge protector. I know that over time any surges in electricity can damage one's appliances. I will now feel more comfortable with that protection. Lloyd also made easy-to-read labels for each of the circuits so I don't have to guess at the poorly written labels. I was also delighted with the initial service Ignite Electric provided - the inspector, Travis Paul, who checked out my whole system, explained what was going on, and determined what needed to be done to bring it to code and be safe. The office helped me set up an appointment, at my convenience, to handle that work. Also, know this - great warranties on the work done! Kind, professional, and helpful people doing excellent electrical service!
2024 June - So since the above work, I had a problem with my medicine cabinet lights. Not working. Jaden saw there was damage to the wire. He ordered the part and was able to fix it all within a week! I am delighted with his work, professionalism, efficiency, and quick turnaround.

No one else will touch my electrical
If only I'd found Lloyd Ferguson and Paul weeks ago before a different "registered" electrician created havoc with virtually nothing passing inspection. I found Ignite and Lloyd through comments and recommendations on the Nextdoor app. I called for an interview and free quote, which was promptly set and kept. It was evident they knew what they were talking about as they quickly discovered the same issues the inspector found without seeing the inspector's report. In addition, I needed them to coordinate any work with another contractor, which they were happy to do. They arrived on the scheduled date after confirming they could be there a little earlier to make sure they wouldn't hold up the other contractor. While completing the items on the predetermined quote, they uncovered some other unsafe work done by the previous contractor. They took pictures for my future reference and repaired and remedied those items. When the job was complete on schedule and all work areas clean, they simply charged me the agreed upon price on the original quote and said the additional items were "nothing." Without a doubt, no one else but Lloyd and Paul will touch my electrical in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend them for whatever electrical needs you might require.
