He Explained Everything
Alfonso Luna was scheduled to come out, which he did. He described the work as needing 4 single pole arc breakers and 1 single pole 15–20 amp breaker. He had another appointment to go to because I wasn't prompt in returning his phone call, but when I did he explained everything and was back out to the home a few hours later to install the breakers and finish the job.

Lloyd Ferguson with Ignite Electric came due to an emergency/rush repair due to an outage my home suffered. He renewed my electric panel and added whole home surge protection along with installing a new 4-prong outlet for my new stove in my kitchen. Excellent Service
Ignite replaced several switches, outlets, and the entire breaker board about 3 weeks ago. Today power suddenly went out in 2 rooms, including the room where Internet comes in. I called Ignite, and they sent a tech to our house in about 1 hour. Lloyd quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced a bad breaker. We had power and Internet back in about 1.5 hrs after the onset of the problem. The repair was covered by the warranty on the breaker board. Thank you for excellent service.
