Travis arrived & did the work to upgrade our service from 200 to 400 amps, corrected a few existing code deficiencies—on time, no upcharge issues, & no delays to completing the project. Needed this because the 200 amp we had was derated to 150 amp due to solar system. I can tell when an electrician takes pride in his work, he did. Very neat & well labeled at completion. Office support: September kept me updated about the permit process (lengthy because of the city & utility involvement) and all scheduling. Very pleased with price & service. Highly recommend this firm. Five Stars ***** as far as we’re concerned!

Very helpful without billing us
We've had great experiences so far with Ignite. They came and did a very good job installing ethernet ports and cables for us. Our building owner claimed that the work wasn't "up to code," so they came back out to investigate. In the end, the building management wasn't even referring to the work Ignite did. Huge professional points for coming back out to look/fix the situation and being very helpful without even billing us for it.

Over my skis getting a pool light installed, couldn't find the light switch, etc. One call to Ignite and Lloyd came over, verified there was power but built it into an actual light switch instead of just being on breaker box. I had major issues with my electric. Travis was first to show up and help. He went out of his way to try to get me my air conditioning back on, was super helpful. I’m very happy with Ignite Electrical. They scheduled Jaden to come in very quickly to provide an estimate and schedule to do the work in a couple of days right after. Jaden didn’t take more than 30 mins to inspect the area, install the Tesla wall connector, test it to confirm it was charging my car, and clean up the work area. Jaden was very professional and provided a great explanation of the process, installation steps, and warranty details.

Lloyd from Ignite Electrical came to my house to inspect some faulty wiring in my kitchen pendant lights. He texted in advance to let me know he was on his way, arrived on schedule, was friendly, professional, and quickly assessed and fixed the problem with the wiring.
