Today I called for an appointment and the lady over the phone was so helpful. She was able to get someone out to my house today. Travis was very knowledgeable; he was quick at seeing what the issue was. I had two other people tell me that it was the electrical box outside and when Travis tested each on the power line, it worked just fine. Travis was able to test out each outlet. He was fast and knew what the problem was. He was very reliable and highly recommended the company and most of Travis. Such amazing customer service and definitely use them again.

Lloyd and Paul came and installed some floodlights, put in wiring for a new fan, and did some other electrical work around the house. They were very pleasant to work with and very patient. We had some difficulty with our fan and Lloyd was very gracious and came back to fix the problem, and even bought and installed a medallion to cover up some holes in the ceiling as a result of installing new wiring in the ceiling. Overall great experience, would recommend!

My experience with Ignite Electric was outstanding. Alfonso was the electrician that was assigned to our home electrical repair and outlet addition. He was very professional, friendly, prompt, informative, offered a fair price for his service. When he completed the service and was creating my invoice, I climbed on the ladder to move a light and he said to me, "Let me do that, I don't like my customers on a ladder when I'm available." I'm 72 years of age and I seem to have afterthoughts after a project. Alfonso extended a courtesy to assist me even after the job was completed. In addition, September (office mgr.) was helpful on providing me with friendly assistance with timely scheduling with follow-up. I will definitely use Ignite Electric again. Thank you!

They put two chandeliers together which took over ten man hours with two installers; one on a 20' ceiling; a kitchen light and fixtures in the powder room. Travis was our electrician. He was very knowledgeable, and he was a great help in restoring our electricity. He even saved us money on the power box, which was greatly appreciated. Furthermore, Travis was very transparent and thorough when it came to pricing and a timeframe. Lastly, Travis was able to do everything within his power to work with the city to get the power turned back on ASAP, as the outage occurred on a Sunday. Much appreciated and highly recommended.

We were without electricity, but not just as part of a system-wide failure; we had devastating damage to our mast, and our electric box was destroyed. So impressed with this company. They were punctual, very professional. We have hardwood floors where they were doing their work. They laid down a tarp all over the room so nothing got damaged. They swept and vacuumed after the job was completed, leaving the house clean! They were very easy to work with and very nice! My husband and I will definitely be using them for all future projects!

Jaden did a great job at fixing my under cabinet lighting. The way it was originally set up, it was on my tile and I did not want to break my tile, so I am not an electrician, but whatever he did, he worked on it a long time, explained what he was doing, and now I have my under counter lights on and they’re better than ever. I now have LED lights and they won’t burn out for at least five years. He’s really a great electrician. I would definitely hire him if I have any other electrical issues.
