We had a great experience with Ignite Electric and Alfonso. We realized yesterday that we had an issue with an exposed outlet and were able to make an appointment online easily. Alfonso came out first thing this morning, gave us a very fair quote, and completed the work right away.
He was also extremely friendly, and we genuinely felt that he was honest and transparent throughout the entire visit. He took the time to point out a few other issues that aren’t urgent, including the fact that our electrical panel is almost 50 years old. Our home was built in 1978, so we know there are some things to address, but we really appreciated that he never made us feel pressured to do additional work.
Professional, trustworthy, and efficient service all around. We’re looking forward to having Alfonso come back in 2026 when we’re ready to replace our panel. Highly recommend Ignite Electric!
